There are s...Your Hen and Chickens look just fine. There are scores of different kinds and yours is supposed to look as if there are webs on them. It's called sempervivium "Ciliosum Borisii". They should be in a very dry, well draining area. <BR/><BR/>And the other buds aren't Delphiniums for sure.
