Been Missing in Action

Hope everyone is having a great summer so far! I have not been blogging, not really sure why, been really busy and had lots of things going on, some good, most not so good. But on a bright note my garden is beautiful this year! Will share a few photos with you this evening. It is cool here in Iowa today, about 20 degrees below normal, which has been a nice refreshing break for me, I love the cool weather, maybe I should move to Minnesota ????? These photos were all taken last month.

We have been busy, company, moving my parents from the boondocks to town. Spring planting etc. This weekend is free of plans and wouldn't just know it? The weather sounds awful!

Trip to Local Greenhouse

A couple of weeks ago I made one of several trips to a local nursery, this time I took a few pics, I could spend a whole day there looking and taking photos but never have that much time :).

Star of Bethlehem & Orioles

The Orioles are back and eating grape jelly like true sugar freaks. We are filling it twice a day. My Star of Bethlehems are in full bloom.
