Last week someone made the comment that my flowers looked good for not having rain. I mentioned that I water the flowers, my hubby waters the veggies and no one waters the lawn. This picture of our grass was taken last Sunday afternoon before the 5 inches of rain we received this week. It is already starting to green up.

Glad you got some rain. We have had a little, but could sure use more. Your flowers are all beautiful - don't you love this time of year?
We've just had a scant quarter inch all month long. We really need some rain here.
