Above Zero

The temps climbed above zero and the sky was blue, ahhhh, life is good! We finally were able to get out and about for a nice long walk. The below zero temps and all the ice have been shortening up our walks, the city cleaned a path around our local favorite lake so the walking was easy. A good time was had by all.

That is such an inviting scene. It's fun to see the doggies out investigating the scents that appear when the temperatures warm up.

I hope it warms up here one of these days. My dog doesn't mind the cold, but I am getting tired of it.

It looks like you have a little more snow than we have down here in Fairfield. We only have a couple of inches. But, doesn't it feel good to get out and take a walk? :-)

Isn't it great to have warm weather to enjoy a jaunt in the snow. The past few days we've had unusually warm weather but a storm is raging in tonight -- we've thoroughly enjoyed the warm spell. Great to see someone who shares their garden and home with two lovely dogs. Love the cute face of your Cavalier KC Spaniel.

I'm going to browse around some more!

There's nothing like a sunny day when there is snow on the ground. It is so bright outside.

You know it's been cold when temperatures in the 20s feel balmy!

Hasn't this been something? Did you see, it's supposed to be in the 40's today - and 14 tomorrow - and 8 the next day!! Ack!! I'm soooooooooooo ready for spring.

Looks like you are in a world of white, as we are. There is something so beautiful about a snowy landscape against a blue, blue sky, isn't there?
