Paperwhites

The conservatory at Reimans was decked out with a beautiful display last month when we were there, they had hundreds of paperwhites, the smell was awesome when you walked in.......what a joy it was!

What beautiful photos. I can imagine how all those paperwhites perfumed the air.

Hi IGW,
Am I bizarre or what, but I cannot bear the fragrance of paperwhites! We planted some indoors one year and were so horrified by the smell we had to put them in the basement. They are such lovely flowers though!

To each his own, I guess!

Oops, I meant to ask how Rosie is doing after her surgery ... does it look to be successful at this point? I sure hope so!

We're still thanking the stars for bringing our new pup to us (well, Coco and Pepa had paws in it) and this Sunday she will be officially ours! Just had to brag a bit. :-)

Paperwhites are one of those things I've been meaning to force every year for the last decade or so... maybe this is the year!

IVG, my husband hates the smell of paperwhites like you do.
