That's a beautiful picture of Cleome. It captures the vivid color perfectly.
I do like the "common" names better, and what a gorgeous shade your Spider Flower is.
I always think of cleome as a sparkler because it is just so festive and lively in shape.

A gorgeous photo! Cleomes have done really well for me this year too. And i love the name 'spider' as that was what my grandmother called hers. She had a big patch of them out by the roadside and they grw down the embankment. ....memories. :)
I love cleomes, too, and have some in my front yard. Great photo!
