Tag You're It

While reading blogs tonight I came upon a Tag You're It on Carol's blog to post seven random things about myself. While mine will not be as interesting as Carol's or as

1) Not many people know about my blog either. Not my coworkers, even though I consider most of them friends, we have all worked together for almost 20 years.

2) I hate sports, everyone in my family loves sports, I would rather watch grass grow.

3) There are a lot of weeds in my garden.

4)I wish I had went to college and been a librarian.

5) James Michner is my favorite author.

6) No mid life crisis here, my goal is to get old enough to retire.

7) I have two grandsons, perfect ones of course. :)
And to make this a little bit interesting I am going to post a picture as well.
After reading this if you would like to play Tag You're It, you have been tagged :).

Ditto on the weeds, and when I go to baseball games (one time a year!), I DO like to watch the grass and see how perfect they made it.

I enjoyed reading this and getting to know a bit more about you. I really don't care too much for sports either!

My co-workers don't know about my blog either. I might want to complain about them!

Sports are background noise on the television, but I do like to go to a baseball game occassionally. I don't really care about the game itself, but I like the hotdogs and beer and, like Carol, the beautiful grass!

Oh, plenty of weeds here.

hi there, in Germany they have a saying, "Sport ist Mord". It means, sports will kill you. :-) The only sport activities I enjoy are cycling and swimming - but all in the right amount, nothing too extreme. Now I know more about you. Thanks for letting us know. :-) Andrea

And, obviously, no one wants to play tag (LOL). Since joining a pool, I've been following NASCAR just to see how I'm doing. And we love our high school football team.

So far it's Sally - 1; weeds - 0 but it's been quite a battle.
