Lilies are my favorite flower, if one can have a favorite that is. I am already browsing fall catalogs for more bulbs. It is getting hot again and we could use some rain, there is some in the forecast for tomorrow, I am hoping the weatherman is correct, what are the odds of that happening? :)

just beautiful. last fall I planted my first asiatic lilies. When they bloomed about a week ago I was stunned by how gorgeous they were. It's easy to see why lilies are your favourite.

What a nice lily collection! I have just a few, but my new favorite - Orania - is in full bloom right now.

And you have a wonderful collection of lilies as well as daylilies. Do any of your oriental lilies have a fragrance?
All of my Orientals have a fragrance but they are justing starting to open. I want to plant more Orientals and Trumpet lilies next year.
