My roses are doing quite well without my usual tender care, with the flood having taken over our lives my flowers seem to be doing fine on their own, of course we have had regular rains which they like but the roses have not gotten their regular doses of fertilizer.

Your roses look fantastic to me! Glad they're being understanding with you as you continue to clean up and such.
You indeed have some lovely ones blooming! I suspect you had some of those same big storms we did last week (the ones that knocked down the corn), but stuff is perking back up. And after propping up the corn, only to see it knocked down again, miraculously it has righted itself now!
