Hydrangea

My Hydrangea bushes were loaded this year, the first picture is with the sun shinning on the flower the second without, not sure which I like the best. I have to get out and pick a bunch of them this weekend, they dry so wonderfully. I have a large basket full of them each fall, my one cat loves to play with dried flower heads.

I love the hydrangeas. All of them! Yours looks great.

So, did you pick some this summer, too? Those are lovely, and I think I like the second photo more. I planted a pia pink flowered hydrangea that was supposed to bloom all summer, but once I cut the flowers to dry, it didn't bloom again.

Sue, I did not pick any this summer I usually just let the flower heads dry on the bush. They are dry now so I am going to pick what I want this weekend, I leave the rest on on the bushes all winter.

Thanks Tina.

Thanks, I'll leave the flowers on, then, if the plant comes back in the spring and blooms.
