Wow, I love how you darkened the background ~ it really brings out the colors of your beautiful bleeding hearts.

Are these blooming in your garden now? Wow! I still have snow covering half the ground.

It looks like it's two separate pics - one black and white and one color superimposed on the other! Cool!

Stunning! It never ceases to amaze me how much beauty there is in the flower world, and your photo shows that perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing with Today's Flowers. Happy week to you.

I'm back again, after I sent you my last comment I enlarged it. Fabulous how you have turned it into a 'painting'. Great job!

Pretty. These don't grow well at my house.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I removed the color from the photo with a free little program called Tinti, it leaves whatever color you choose behind, I then further adjusted the photo in PSP using various filters.

This photo was taken last year or maybe even the year before, my bleeding hearts are not up yet. Our 48 inches of snow has just melted.

The gorillas at the zoo seemed really happy, they live in family group both inside and out in a very large enclosure.
