I've never had one of these, but they certainly have beautiful flowers!

Pretty. Never heard of it before either.
I hadn't heard of blood root either. I was wondering why a white flower with a yellow middle had a name with the word blood in it. I looked it up on the internet. I guess that if you snap the root, a red sap comes out.
Those are pretty!
No flowers yet in Colorado. When I see one I'll take a picture!
